Privacy

In the web app preview, the entries you add (payouts, expenses, trips and settings) are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are not sent to MyGigLedger servers. Clearing your browser data deletes them.

When the phone apps launch, your data will sync to your account so you can use more than one device. Location data from trip detection will be used only to log your trips, and receipt photos will be read on your device.

We will never sell your data or share it with gig platforms.

Terms

MyGigLedger helps you keep records and estimate taxes. It doesn't provide tax, legal or accounting advice, and it doesn't file returns for you. Tax figures are estimates based on published 2026 rates and on the information you enter. You're responsible for checking your return before you file it.
